Alliance for Innovation Intro Event

Curious about how the Alliance for Innovation supports local governments in building an innovation mindset and tackling complex challenges? This introductory session is designed specifically for staff in organizations who are interested in joining the Alliance. We will discuss more about who we are, what we do, and how participation in the Alliance can strengthen your organization’s capacity to innovate and connect with other like-minded local governments.

Join us for an engaging overview of the Alliance’s national network of local government leaders and practitioners who are working together to share ideas, test solutions, and advance performance excellence in their communities. You’ll learn about the programs, peer connections, and practical resources available through membership, and how organizations across the country are using the Alliance to accelerate learning and collaboration.

We’ll also preview the Alliance Member Circle, our new online community designed to support collaboration, idea exchange, and topic-based networking across the Alliance network.
