The Alliance for Innovation Vision Council brings together forward-thinking local government leaders, national partners, and subject-matter experts to explore emerging trends and to discuss the pressing issues and the future of local government.
Through structured dialogue and collaborative foresight, participants examine megatrends affecting communities and translate them into practical opportunities for action, strengthening anticipatory governance as we support leaders to prepare their organizations for what comes next.
The Vision Council helps fuel the Alliance by bringing forward emerging insights, national perspectives, and future-focused ideas that members can explore together and apply in their own communities.
