This contract delivers pavement marking installation, removal, and replacement services for roadway and airport facilities. It connects entities with qualified contractors that furnish personnel, equipment, materials, and traffic control to apply thermoplastic, paint, and raised pavement markings in accordance with TxDOT and MUTCD standards.
