Member Meet Up: World Cafe'

Member Meetups are designed to help members learn from one another by connecting around shared interests, real challenges, and practical experience. Each meetup creates space for peers to exchange what they are working on, what is proving effective, and what they are learning along the way. The goal is to strengthen relationships across the network while accelerating learning through shared practice. World Café sessions use guided, rotating conversations to explore key topics such as culture change, innovation projects, technology exploration, or performance management. Participants move between small groups, building on each other’s ideas and discovering patterns across the network. This format is well suited for collective sense-making and shared learning.
