Our system is affordable, scalable, and capable of integrating into existing systems if needed. Citizens make requests through your branded public application (available for free to the public on Google Play and in the App Store). You decide what informational items are required, such as an Issue Type, GPS location, and/or photos, and which are optional, such as a text or audio note. Reporters can provide contact information to receive status updates and other communicationsOnce received, City Staff manage requests through a login-based mobile management app or through our browser-based Management Portal. Rule-based notifications allow automatic routing of Requests to the proper individual or department for resolution, based on the Issue Type and other relevant criteria.
