For years, the City of Sequim, Washington dealt with a growing, local problem: wild vegetation was constantly getting overgrown around the City’s stormwater facilities. To make the problem more complicated, these areas are hard for staff and machinery to access, posing a huge safety risk. So staff developed a completely innovative solution that was representative of their out-of-the-box thinking – they hired goats!

Join the Alliance for Innovation and the Sequim Innovation Team on May 30 to learn how this cost-saving solution not just enables the City to clear this overgrown vegetation, but does so in a more environmentally-friendly way.
