Lena Geraghty

Before joining GovEx, Lena spent three years as a legal associate for a San Francisco Bay Area wage-and-hour class action law firm representing employees, translating attorney speak into understandable English, and leading data analytics projects. In her career, she has worked with governmental organizations across the United States both big and small from Austin-Travis County, TX (analyzing the efficiency of its motorcycle medics program), to Glens Falls, NY (exploring the economic impact of renovating its downtown library). As a senior advisor at GovEx, Lena helps local governments use their data to better serve their communities.
