ICMA Research Partner Institutes New Award Program

The CS Week 311 Synergy Group, one of ICMA's research partners on centralized customer service systems, will recognize one local government centralized customer service center that has consistently demonstrated a customer-focused approach to improving local government services.

The deadline to submit an award application has been extended to Thursday, January 31. Find more information here on criteria and submission guidelines.
