We have had some recent events on our bus routes where passengers have been harassing our drivers, particularly drivers that have foreign accents and are clearly from middle eastern countries. We are trying to find and figure out strategies to help them be safe and getting these disruptive passengers off the bus. Would love to hear from others what you have done in similar situations. We cannot fill shifts and are leaving passengers stranded, most of the time at night. Thanks for your help!
