The Trilogics Group was founded in 1998 to catalyze the development and deployment of sustainable community infrastructure. We do this by providing advanced asset management services and solutions for community sustainability and investment optimization. Our mission is to deliver the benefits of infrastructure performance management with cost-effective technology and services while keeping innovation, continuous improvement and growth management top-of-mind.  Most importantly, the goal is to help communities move to a long-term “triple-bottom-line” model of sustainability. 

We succeed by partnering with our customers to develop their management and operational capacity, and share knowledge for continuous improvement specifically related to improving long term community sustainability through demand management, operational improvements and innovative solution initiatives. Trilogics works collaboratively with infrastructure and asset managers and owners such as municipalities and utilities to:

·         Bring advanced asset management practices into the organization;

·         Plan, design, finance, construct and operate innovative sustainable infrastructure solutions; and

·         Organize the use of private-public partnerships with clusters of cities to provide economies of scale for the acquisition, implementation and operation of new technologies related to sustainable infrastructure solutions.

·         Asset Management IT services (IBM/Maximo implementation and upgrades)

What we do

Our services and solutions are composed of three complementary business lines:

·         Asset management consulting services.  We provide a variety of services at the strategic and organization-wide level.  These are designed to enhance the executive and manager’s capabilities in strategy, finance, and better use of information technology as a lever.  These are not engineering-related consulting assignments.

·         Asset management program services.  With advanced asset management comes the inevitable realization that there is a better way to achieve community sustainability through bringing in innovative solutions to deliver programs and services with a more effective triple-bottom-line.  These are often large and long projects that require dedicated program management services.

·         Asset management web portal (supporting platform of knowledge & tools).  Not only is this a library of information and a location for web-based tools, but it is also a community of practitioners who are both learning and sharing.  Some highlights are listed below.

The Trilogics Group also has a technology research and development division partially funded by the Government of Canada to develop sophisticated decision support tools to facilitate integrated asset management practices. Over the last five years, Trilogics has developed and proven an integrated methodology to support the implementation of integrated asset management. This research program is ongoing with new tools being incorporated as customers define a need. As part of our customer assignments, we provide a license to these tools.
