The Chief Financial Officer/Resource Management Director is responsible for performing executive management level work in financial and administrative services. Seminole County Fiscal Year 2017/2018 included an all fund annual budget of $755 million. This position reports directly to the County Manager.

Performs high-level professional and financial management work directing the activities for the Department of Resource Management. The Director of Resource Management/Chief Financial Officer reports to the County Manager and serves on the Executive Management Team. The incumbent will provide leadership and strategic direction to management and policy makers on the County's fiscal affairs, which includes annual budget development. As the County's Director of Resource Management and Chief Financial Officer, the employee in this position will administer, manage, and direct the following Divisions and Programs:

Budget Division;

Grants and Debt Management;

Purchasing and Contracts Division;

Risk Management Division;

Mail and Print Center
