What's Next Bellevue? Campaigns to Advance the Culture of Innovation

Challenged to innovate and take risks, What’s Next Bellevue began as a grassroots campaign to solicit, recognize, and implement employee’s innovative and future-focused ideas. The annual campaign accepts submissions from individuals and teams across the organization and coordinates city-wide voting for recognition or implementation. The initiative was designed to overcome barriers, such as resource constraints or change aversion, and engage employees in celebrating staff-lead innovation. Since its inception two years ago, WNB has continued to evolve into an engine for the creation of an ecosystem of excited and able innovators.
