Alliance Strategic Partner ASU Continues Ascent in US News Rankings

Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs rose from #16 to #13 overall

Today, US News & World Report released graduate program rankings – and Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs rose from #16 to #13 overall. In addition, the School’s program in city management and urban planning is #4, public finance and public management both came in at #11.

In an announcement from ASU, School of Public Affairs director Karen Mossberger noted, “We have an impact on practice that goes far beyond the classroom and journals through research that addresses challenges these communities are facing and through students who gain invaluable experience alongside some of the leading managers around the country.”

The announcement also cited how the unique partnership with the Alliance for Innovation, which include the International City/county Management Association (ICMA) has helped create connections among practitioners, faculty and students to drive innovation and impact in cities nationwide.
